SPA Etiquette & Policies

Time is the one commodity that can never be resold or repackaged. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. Our cancellation/reschedule policies exist to ensure that our service providers are compensated for the time they have set aside and reserved for you. Therefore, if you need to CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE your appointment(s), we require a 24-HOUR NOTICE for an individual appointment. If your individual appointment is booked for a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), we require a THREE DAY notice of cancellation or rescheduling.

For GROUP BOOKINGS (2 or more clients booked together as a group) we require a THREE-DAY NOTICE of cancellation. In the event of a CANCELLATION of less than 24 hours for individuals, 3 days for individual booking over the weekend, or 3 days for group booking, the credit card or gift certificate will be charged 50% of all services that are canceled.

If the proof of purchase of the Gift Card is not provided, the credit card on file will be charged for all cancellations.



In the event of a “NO SHOW”, your credit card or gift certificate will be charged 100% of any or all services.

Unlike a hair salon, spa therapists cannot double book appointments. If you are running late please let us know immediately, but please also understand tardiness could result in the reduction of your spa service time and you will be charged full-service price. Though we will make every effort to accommodate our guests at their full appointment time, it may not always be possible. Our therapists, as well as the rooms, are often booked for another service immediately after your appointment.



We are a 100% alcohol-free spa. We do not serve alcohol nor do we allow our guests to bring their own. 

In fact, the use of steam during our Hammam services requires us to treat the clients while they have not consumed any alcohol prior to the treatment. The combination of alcohol, steam and the hot water can cause blood pressure to rise, dizziness, possible fainting or other medical conditions. Hence, for the safety of our clients, we require that clients do not consume any alcohol prior to the treatment. 

If a client shows up to the appointment while intoxicated, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment on spot and charge 100% of the service. 



Because our services are in high demand, we suggest that you schedule weekday appointments at least two weeks in advance and weekend appointments at least 4 weeks in advance. Please note that when booking any spa services, we require a valid credit card to hold your reservation.

If you have a Gift Card, we still require a valid credit card to hold the reservation. In addition, we require a minimum of TWO WEEKS in advance booking for Gift Cards, as we need time to verify the purchase of that Gift Card.

At the time of redeeming the Gift Card, we will require a valid photo ID to match the name of the receptor of the Gift Card. We reserve the right to make a copy of the ID.

If we cannot verify the purchase or purchaser of the E-gift card, we will charge the card on file.


Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will allow plenty of time to make sure we have your Client Information Form on file, as well as answer any questions you may have. The Client Information Form is mandatory for optimal treatments and for identifying any medical conditions our staff may need to be aware of before your treatment begins. Please note that appointments may be adjusted within a 15-minute time frame without notice.



Please do not bring jewelry or valuables to the spa, as Oasis Moroccan Bath will not be responsible for lost or stolen property. Every guest is provided a set of disposable undergarments along with a comfy robe and a pair of slippers for your enjoyment while receiving one or more of our luxurious spa rituals. Please note that the wearing of undergarments or one’s personal modest swimwear is required at all times for services received at the Oasis Moroccan Bath. Our therapists are trained in professional draping and will keep you covered at all times, exposing only the area of the body being worked on. All services are non-sexual in nature. No sexual behavior by guests will be tolerated on the premises of Oasis Moroccan Bath. If sexual activity occurs on our premises, the session will be stopped and full payment will be expected.



As a courtesy to all guests, your cell phone should be turned off and kept off while in the spa. Please note that conversation in the relaxation room is fine as long as it’s soft and quiet and not disruptive to someone else’s peace.



Oasis Moroccan Bath does not provide childcare. Please make other arrangements for your children on the day of your scheduled spa services. Do not bring children with you unless they have a scheduled appointment.



Clients between 12-17 must be accompanied by an adult to sign and provide written permission for all spa services. Clients under 16 must have a parent or guardian present at all times.



Oasis Moroccan Bath accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express and Oasis Moroccan Bath Gift Cards. (Gift Cards/Gift Certificates must be presented at time of service or payment must be made.) Gratuity is always appreciated but is not required. Typically, and depending on the quality of your experience, 18% – 20% is customary. However, for GROUP BOOKINGS (3 people or more) a 20% gratuity is automatically applied at checkout. Gift cards cannot be used for gratuity. Please note that promotional offers cannot be combined together. Only one offer per person per visit. Other restrictions may apply.



Oasis Moroccan Bath Gift Cards/Gift Certificates can be purchased in-store and online. Gift Cards/Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash value (store credit only). A copy of purchaser’s valid photo ID is required. We will ask the purchaser to send us a copy of valid ID through our safe email portal. Gift cards can be redeemed 2 weeks after the purchase.

Gift Card/Gift Certificate must be presented at time of payment. Proof of purchase and/or ID may be required. Gift Cards/Gift Certificates may not be used for gratuity. Lost or stolen Gift Cards/Gift Certificates are the sole responsibility of the receiver.


We are regularly updating and expanding our services and strive to keep our website and menu prices updated. Please be advised that prices and services are subject to change without notice.



At Oasis Moroccan Bath we are deeply committed to providing our clients with the most luxurious spa experience in all of Houston. However, knowing that people are uniquely made and that body treatments are not an exact science, results may vary from person to person. Therefore, payments are for services rendered, not for a specific result. We do not refund services.



Due to health safety, we do not refund or exchange products.



We now charge a deposit when booking a treatment. This deposit is applied towards the treatment at the time of checkout. 

The deposit is refundable as long as the cancellation or rescheduling is done within our cancellation time frame. Otherwise it will be non-refundable. 


  • We do NOT combine offers or promos. If a client is eligible for multiple offers, s/he can redeem them one at a time in each visit.
  • The massage times in the Hammam Packages are estimated times.
